Still, the dry rub was really flavorful and the meat was smoked perfectly so it was all tender and juicy, even the pulled pork and the chicken, both of which can get pretty dry if you’re not careful. 3) Garlic Mashed Potatoes - I'm saving these for later, but for $9, you're getting a scoop that looks to be about 6-8 oz. Tasty, but that's very expensive!
I spent almost a day's wages treating myself and got slightly more than 1 meal's worth of mediocre food... I would consider Lake Chalet to be a huge waste of money. Maybe the charm lies in eating at the actual restaurant...?"
