The extra pita offcuts provided are a sleight of hand and don't really make up for the small portion. So, I am writing this after eating it and I am left half-full and still somewhat hungry. That said, the roast lamb filling was of exceptional quality, tender, beautifully thinly sliced with an artisinal flair, without excessive fat and absent gristle and perfectly cooked and medium-rare as I like it.
