"Today I tried the Brisk-It-All Melt™ (eggs over easy) and it was absolutely delicious. I know the price looks a little high, but when you see the sheer size of this sandwich, it makes more sense. The brisket itself was tender and salty with a crunchy smoky crust. I got a few hints here and there of the bacon, a decent amount of the Diner Q sauce, and the perfect amount of cheese to hold it together. The bread was a bit oily, but superbly toasted, which held up well to the ingredients. The only feedback I would have is to make the chunks of meat smaller so it spreads across the sandwich and doesn't fall out all at once."

And offered a different entree for same price etc. it's nice that the staff there really cares about the food quality and customer satisfaction.
