"The Kung Pao Chicken is very good despite the vegetable mix. It would be excellent with only green onions and peanuts the way it is supposed to be. My only suggestion would be to not use green peas and carrots, but use water chestnuts and bamboo shoots instead. The celery gives it a nice flavor and texture.

"I was nervous about ordering pho via doordash because I wasn't sure if it'd stay hot or if they'd include all the side bits like basil and jalapeños and what not but not only did the broth come piping hot (I actually burned my tongue a little but that's my fault) they keep everything else separate so it didn't dilute or get soggy.
