House Custom Beef Pho is good, but lemons instead of limes is weird to me. I got it with tripe and tendons, it should be tripe with two pieces of tendon. The 1. Spring Roll (Shrimp & Pork) you can tell were premade and have been sitting. The rice wrappers were not soft to the touch and the ends were hard and crunchy- you can heard the crunch of it. When I placed my order it was picked up within 8 minutes after it said the res received my order.. never had pho be ready that fast. I did have to reheat the broth when I received it bc it was nearing lukewarm. 2 stars for the price of the pho, but probably would not order again."
