"Everything was delicious i couldn't pick, the Spicy Seafood Noodle Soup / 海鮮酸菜麻辣湯麵 wasn't too spicy and i like that the noodle Vegetable Noodle Soup / 素菜湯麵 had tofu i wasn't expecting that but it was tasty. The Mongolian Chicken / 蔥爆雞 was great but i felt that it had too much vegetables. Other than that absolutely recommend!!"

"Authentic Chinese Szechuan cuisine with a good variety of flavorful dishes. My wife and I always order the 911. Three Pepper Chicken, which I've seen called Chongqing Chicken at other Szechuan resaurants. It's like an upgraded version of Popcorn Chicken with lots of heat from the peppers. We also frequently get 922. Fish Fillet with Tofu in Hot Oil and wuld recommend this as well. Tried Chow fun and Fried dumpling today for first time and were pleased as well. Recommend this place and it's authentic dishes, especially for those who can handle some heat"

Egg rolls were delicious, boneless ribs were nicely caramelized, we loved the chicken with broccoli, which we got with garlic sauce instead of brown, and the pork egg foo young was also excellent. Orange beef was very good but a little sweet. The cheese wontons were good but a little oily, and the scallion pancakes were yummy once we blotted them. "I’m just not really sure what gourmet about this place. I find the food to be mediocre at best, and the prices are absolutely astronomical for what you were given. People rave about the chicken lettuce wraps, and I agree that it was the best thing that I received. But it’s basically just moo shu chicken with a bunch of iceberg lettuce on the side (and the lettuce is not even cleaned well; I had to rinse them in the sink to get dirt off). I also got BBQ spare ribs which had very little meat on them. It was not worth the money and very hard to gnaw the measly portion off the bones. I ordered shrimp lo mein thinking that the shrimp would be of higher quality than the typical Chinese takeout place, but the shrimp were extremely overcooked and too tough to chew, so I ended up not eating the shrimp. On top of that, there wasn’t a vegetable in sight. I’m used to seeing green onions, mushrooms, and the occasional piece of broccoli or carrot in lo mein, and this was just noodles with impossible to eat shrimp. The last thing I got was chicken with broccoli which was mediocre at best. The pieces of chicken were admittedly gigantic (3+ bites per piece) and pounded so thin that they were extremely dry, but the brown sauce was good, and that is something that I find is lacking elsewhere. But, for these 4 things, I spent over $100. I really find that to be unconscionable, even in today’s inflated economy. This was the last of 3 chances that I’ve given to this restaurant, both in person and via delivery. I think I’ll stick with the more mediocre Chinese food options that we have in Monmouth county. At least they don’t PRETEND to be “gourmet”."
