There are ways that the food could be packaged to preserve some of the heat. The meat should be wrapped in foil to keep the styrofoam box from making it soggy. Also delivery was way longer than the projected 51 minutes. It took an hour and a half for my food to arrive. I likely won't try again unless I can eat in person."
