"When the Dasher met me at the door, he told me that he requested a new milkshake for me because it looks like they made it and let it sit while they finished making my cheeseburger. I think that is exactly what happened, as far as I can tell. The milkshake is pure liquid. My cheeseburger and onion rings were was nice and hot. My cheeseburger was incorrectly made, but still hot and ready to eat. The problem with my cheeseburger? It was supposed to have mayonnaise on it (which I requested through the app) and it came dry with like 30 packets of ketchup in the bag. I did take a picture of the dry cheeseburger before I dressed it up and ate it. Lastly there were exactly 6 onion rings in my box and I think that's not enough. *Especially since my meal was almost $30 (tip included). 6 Onion Rings? Who does that? I even called the business to make sure they would sent me ketchup (because it wasn't an option to add onto my cheeseburger along with the mayo). That's when I found out this place was actually Denny's "virtual restaurant" called The Burger Den. Against my better judgment I went along with it and continued with the order. I haven't eaten at Danny's in 10-15 years and now I remember why. Very poor service. I will say the burger and rings were pretty good... but the milk shake is pure liquid. If I freeze it... it just turns into a hard block of watered down ice cream."

"I know that we risk ordering from these places .. I was about to give up on ordering from chicken places , Krispy came thru the presentation of the chicken and was laid in boxes neatly .. the food was fried to perfection, which wasn't greasy at all. The only thing I would've wanted was more drumsticks.I can't speak for all sides the wedges were on point .. next time we will order sides to give a review on those. Other than that, my family and I are very satisfied customers... we will definitely order on Saturdays for sure .thanks for feeding us well also with great service"

"1st and foremost I have to say that I was very surprised .. almost gave up on ordering fast food just because of the quality.. but I am thankful I didn't... from the presentation to how the food was prepared was excellent... chicken tasteful and cooked to crisp perfection honey buttered biscuits were delicious also the potatoes wedges were nicely seasoned... haven't tried any other side dishes, but what our family ordered was delicious chicken wasn't greasy.. my son & I can definitely see us ordering again on Saturdays when we're too exhausted to cook ... this was a prefect combination... can't wait to experience the other options available ... we will definitely order from this establishment again"
