"This was my first time ordering from The Human Bean and I'm giving it 3 stars. The Chai Latte was delicious, as well as the Egg Bites . However, I was disappointed in the Americano . It arrived lukewarm and I am not very far away. For all the flavoring I added, it just tasted like plain coffee and I had to add Splenda to it. The Bacon, Gouda & Egg Ciabatta was good after I added salt and pepper ( there wasn't any seasoning on it). It was good, but really small Egg and obviously just 1 bacon strip cut into 2. It was mostly bread. Even though the ciabatta bread was delicious, it's not a good value for the money, due to it's small size and small quantity of fillings. The Muffin Tops is a good size( didn't try it yet, so can't comment on taste). Sorry this is so long, but I will give this restaurant another try in the future and see if it's any better the second time around."

It was very much overcooked to the point where it was burned and looked as though it had been reheated. Very disappointed in Donatos. I was remembering them from years ago. The extra sauce I asked for was just scattered across the top of the pizza and I don't see any signs of extra cheese. The toppings were skimpy. I don't think there were more than three pieces of sausage. Edge to edge? No. I won't be ordering this again. Doordash delivered it and everything was cold when it arrived which didn't help anything."
