"Here is the disappointment that was my experience with this purchase. The first photo shows how the product was served to my coworkers during lunchtime. The second photo shows how my order arrived. It looks like someone simply threw a little bit of chicken in the container, as if they had just spilled something inside the package. I believed I was purchasing the Buy One Get One promotion, just like my coworkers had earlier through the Uber Eats app. However, by mistake, I placed my order through the DoorDash app. I acknowledge that it was my mistake to confuse the apps and order through DoorDash, which apparently did not offer the same promotion. However, that does not change the fact that what I received in my single portion was simply ridiculous. The third photo shows the salpicão (chicken salad) that I purchased. It was listed as part of a BOGO (Buy One Get One) promotion, yet I also did not receive the second salpicão. According to the restaurant employee, I must have clicked incorrectly and did not add the second item to the cart. She explained that since the system requires the second item to be manually added, and because I did not select it, they could not provide the second one. In other words, what I ended up receiving was one item for the price of two with less than half of a normal portion, and the salpicão that was supposedly part of the BOGO promotion also came as only one. The way the staff handled the entire situation was simply ridiculous. Even while my husband tried to explain that the ordering process was confusing and that, in practice, I had paid almost the same amount expecting to receive the items in double, the response was simply negative, with no attempt whatsoever to resolve the issue. In addition, it was very clear that the staff who assisted us lacked preparation, professionalism, courtesy, and any sense of empathy. At no point did anyone show concern about understanding the situation or offering any type of solution. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and given everything that happened, I request a refund for the amount I paid."
