The only thing that was irritating was whomever bagged it did not put any salt/pepper packets this time & put 2 less syrups than what I ordered. I'm in a hotel so I need those little things. "Hash browns was the size to feed an infant and tasted like old grease. I called in and asked if I could get grilled jalapeños and onions. They made a big deal about it that it was gonna be a four dollar up charge which I don't care paying. I told them that I looked for that option and the menu and the lady told me it was in the side which it is not. She said they would do it this time, but I still received hashbrowns with no jalapeños and onions. The ham was way overcooked and the biscuits and gravy well basically it was just biscuits. There was no gravy. Food was so nasty even my dogs wouldn't eat it. Last time I ever order from IHOP . "
