The sparing piece of tripe and 2 tendon morsels were the highlights. Brisket and rare steak probably amounted to a measly 1.5 oz total. There mos def won't be a 3rd chance for this faux pho spot. I honestly have never had vietnamese food this bland and Ive had a lot of it. This is also the only bun (rice vermicelli) I've ever had with bland boiled pork instead of grilled pork. The egg rolls were bland and the sauces were all bland.
