"I had very high hopes for this place as there aren't many good ramen stores close to me. Other reviews rate this highly, and the price (although pretty high) had me feeling confident it would be great. Sadly, it was a very disappointing bowl. The broth is very flavorless with a hint of spicy. the noodles are not what I would describe as ramen noodles, more like spaghetti? The bamboo tastes like it has been freezer burnt. Pork was also very, very bland and disappointing. The brussel sprouts also do not add any service as they contribute to a bitter taste in the broth. Overall, for nearly $40 just on two bowls, this was very low quality."

However, the potato salad and mac/cheese lacked flavor, such as salt/pepper. They served me 3 leg quarters on the smoked chicken plate which had a light smokey flavor. Their BBQ sauce was not overwhelming, but passable. I would suggest that they not be afraid to use more seasonings in their food. "

This does not include crackers so be prepared. Did I eat it all? Yes. Bananas Foster has been unpredictable. This time they packaged the ice cream and hot bananas (cooked in brown sugar, butter, and rum) in the same container. Zero chance of that not turning into soup. You don't put the 2 together until it's time to eat. Just bizarre packaging. Last time the bananas were not ripe. When it's right it's amazing, but the staff packing this doesn't seem to understand the point."
