"Soon after I ordered, I received a text that my order was received followed immediately by another text that the order was ready. Once I arrived to pick up, they said they had been trying to call me because they did not have the carnitas as I had ordered. I did not have any missed calls from them. I was offered chicken, carne asada or chorizo so I chose the carne asada. It was not what I wanted but I was already there so I waited for my order to be made. The food is very bland. Rice was weird, beans slightly tangy, and the carne was extremely oily yet not seasoned at all. The carne asada honestly looked like a mix of ground beef and chopped steak. I will say, the portion size of rice and beans was large but when it lacks flavor and tastes sour, it's not that great. The hot sauce does have a good spice to it, so that's a plus. I definitely would not order the carne asada in the future - it is very disappointing quality."
