You can boil the bag OR I just thaw it overnight in my fridge and microwave it over rice for a super convenient fast gumbo fix! The bag portion serves about 2 people for a nice size 2 cup bowl of gumbo and 1 person for a big portion. If serving a coffee cup size of gumbo as an appetizer then the bag could serve 4-6 in my opinion. The Hot Boudin Two Links is delicious and the links are huge! 2 links can last me for about 4 lunches. They're the biggest I've ever seen so great value for the $12.
