The Pad Thai was good with shrimp, but the vein was dirty on the shrimp and that always grosses me out. My friend liked it. I found it ordinary. But the dish we agreed on was the basil vegetables with chicken! It was absolutely delicious! Overall, we found the portions to be smaller than we expected and the prices were high based on smaller portions. I will probably give the restaurant another try and try dine-in. The green sauce is probably my favorite green sauce of the Mexican restaurants in Newberg. Cons: The photos made it look like we'd get a hearty side of rice and beans, which is my favorite part of Mexican food, but it was a small scoop each. The rice was so undercooked it was still crunchy. The beans were lukewarm even though all the other food was hot. The asada meat was tough and tasted mediocre. We were disappointed by our first visit to Tacos El oso loco. We don't intend to try it again."
