I asked her if she could replace it for something else. She told me to come back and we can see. So, I went back and instead of her hearing me out, she insisted that it was tender and that’s the way it’s supposed to be. She proceeded to dish out more of the meat to let me sample and stated that “it’s ok” and then she put some oxtail juice and a few bones on top to appease me. She refused to replace the entire meal. The food is so good, the size, taste, and value of the Classic French Dip & Swiss is so great and the Ranch Chicken Wrap was also very good. The only gripe I ever have with Arby's is that when I order the French dip sometimes they forget my au jus. Again, food is so good I can overlook it. So just to be sure I asked my Dasher Dexter to please make sure my au jus was in the bag, it was and the cup was full and I LOVED my food.
