Best of ALL is that the food looked and tasted really fresh -including- the (iceberg) lettuce on top of the tacos (anyone who eats/orders out probably knows that a shredded lettuce topping is a crapshoot & is often limp & sad looking and sometimes even a gross, brownish color 🤢 - but this lettuce looked like they had JUST chopped it up as they prepared my tacos). I feel like I should add that we use DoorDash on a fairly regular basis but I RARELY leave reviews for restaurants & I’ve never been impressed by basic lettuce as an ingredient/topping but I think it goes to show the overall quality of this restaurant. We also liked the pot stickers, egg rolls, and H&S soup. Pot stickers we would prefer not deep fried but actually great flavor and skin wasn't too thick. He is also Chinese-American, so I trust his judgment because he has tried H&S soup everywhere. He usually does not like it at most places but he said this one was actually pretty good.
