(Look online for a 4 ingredient chicken salt recipe thats more like the real deal - would help act as a game changer here). Vegetarian Pide and Garlic Pide - in over 40 years of eating pides have never had ones with such thin and unusual 'pastry' - wouldn't call it a dough.
