Seriously loved it. The serving of brisket pho is massive, I couldn't finish it all- I do wish the broth was hotter, but it was delivery and I own a microwave lol. At first I wasn't impressed with the amount of jalapeño that came with it, but after a bite of one, my mouth was pleasantly assaulted by spice. It had the heat level of a GOOD serrano, it had me reaching for my drink and I was impressed. :) My only gripe is that I wish they gave more packets of hoisin and sriracha! Other than that, the flavor of the broth is deep and complex, enhanced very much by lime and spice. Also, I'm telling you: get the passion fruit iced green tea. It's the best.
