You could see every line or indentation on the surface of the meat under that crazy thin piece of cheese. Even worse, the meat was cooked beyond 165 and largely black from cooking too long. I'm stuffed from the burger and tired of chewing - is it even possible to cook hamburger so that it is tough enough to make your jaws hurt?!
