"Ordered the Build Your Own Burger* With a Bison patty, onions, pretzel bun, pepper jack cheese, and onion petals as the side. Onion petals were good, lacking in quantity for the +4 dollar uncharge (in my opinion). The Burger, on the other hand, was absolutely fantastic. Bison is a delicious meat and it was cooked just about perfectly. This is one of those meals that seems like you're about to try a gimmick, but more than likely, you'll find yourself craving it every few months. Regardless, It's worth giving a try.
