I wouldn't order again as it's a gut bomb without needing THAT much thickness to be an enjoyable white sauce (think solid fat block when not warm). I'd just like a little more movement from my noodles and for added fats to be included, but more controlled as per a more professional chef's engagement instead of throwing fat at it and relying solely on it to make the meal. There's a couple of artichoke leaves. Potato hash? A halved fingerling potato and a very little onion and red pepper. Having said that, the salmon is cooked to perfection and very tasty."
