The eggs are done the same in mini waffle makers keeping it safe for me to eat as well. The waffles are so moist and fluffy not like most gluten free foods. They also give me a cup of salsa verde which makes the whole thing so good. The workers are amazing they work hard and keep the restaurants environment welcoming snd friendly. Highly recommend. They also have pistachio and toffee nut syrup for my coffee and Starbucks only has those during two months out of the year. Hands down they are the best. I love Red Elm.
