The wrapping was almost impossible to get off, but in retrospect I suggest leaving it on. This cheesecake is extremely soft, like a custard, and lacks any real crust. The taste was 8/10 so long as you love incredibly sweet desserts, but the texture difference between the cheesecake custard and the gulab jamun piece in the middle was off putting. Overall, it was a messy, heavily sugared, sticky desert that only had the visual semblance of a cheesecake"
