Chang's Spicy Chicken Dinner Special was pretty underwhelming and so were the Garlic Noodles. The Red Velve Cake was tiny and didn't even have cream cheese, just whipped cream. The Peach Boba Breeze was refreshing, but had a strong chemical flavor to it.
