"Alaska Roll Hibachi Chicken This was my first order from Nigori Sushi and I'm very impressed. I ordered two Alaska rolls and both were delicious. The Salmon was very fresh and the pieces didn't fall apart even with my crude chopstick skills. The portion was very nice as you can see. I also ordered a Chicken Hibachi dinner. This too was very good and quite tasty too. The chicken was very soft, not hard little chunks like many places, the vegetables even the broccoli were nicely cooked, soft enough to chew but not mushy. I think best of all is that it came all together in a bowl. Most places use serving trays with compartments where the vegetables, chicken and the rice are separated requiring me to make a mess dishing it all onto a plate and getting a good mixture.
