"Luckily this wasn't our first order from here. If it were, we would NOT order again. Tonight we ordered a buffalo CLASSIC CHICKEN SANDWICH which was gristly & barely had any sauce. The 5 STRIPs were not good. The breading was so thick & dry. I ordered buffalo sauce which I did not receive. I did receive the 3 ounce extra sauce I ordered for $1 and change. That sauce was the mango habanero or spicy mango sauce. It was not like any other mango habanero sauce. It was more like sweet chili sauce. Thankfully I had buffalo in my fridge which made the strips at least edible. I ate 2 of them. My dogs enjoyed the rest. They like dry bones too though. The CHEESE FRIES were good. I do really like their CHEESE FRIES. The fries are cut differently but work great to scoop cheese. The queso has a great flavor too. Unfortunately last night we did not have much queso either. The cup was barely half full. The strips were a good portion side they were just like eating milk bones. Missing sauce, missing napkins, normally food from here is super fresh. It did not seem fresh last night either. The only thing that wasn't a good portion size would be the queso that was half empty or the Buffalo sauce that was missing for dipping but also barely on the "Buffalo sandwich" we did add LTO & cheese to the sandwich. "Cheese Coneys were great! The Chili Deluxe Burrito was sad! It looked good when you open the box but the burrito was flat & empty. I paid extra for onions that were not included. Normally they'd give us bags of cheese & containers of onions but not this time. I really could not even find the burrito it was so thin. I think they folded it empty & put stuff on top. The usual FILLED tortilla was just an empty piece of dough. They did put a salad on it basically but I ordered & paid for a CHILI filled burrito & that was not sent. The 5 way was good but again they failed to send the onions & cheese they usually send. Yes, I did pay extra for these things. It's like if you pay for them they dont send them but if you dont pay they send them... guess I'll go back to not paying & see if it improves. The picture of the Chili Deluxe Burrito was not even close to what they served. "
