"The ribs were edible but very difficult to get off the bones when trying to separate and eat one at a time. I had the pancit bihon and sinigang na baboy, I was not expecting anything special knowing that usually the other filipino restaurants do not have enough vegetables in their food and portions were small. I was delighted when I opened the container that was delivered! Pancit bihon was filled with vegetables, shrimps, chicken, squid balls, etc! And the sinigang had variety of vegetables as well including okra, eggplant, string beans. They don't skimp on ingredients, and portions were large! You get what you paid for. I was impressed that the next day I ordered beef caldereta and bistek tagalog. Those two did not disappoint as well! Huge portions, extra onions in bistek tagalog, extra potatoes, carrots, green peas in beef caldereta. I don't usually write reviews but Uncle's deserve one! I hope they keep this consistency. Uncle's is my go-to number one filipino restaurant now on door dash! Thank you Uncle's! I will be ordering more in the future."
