"Have tried Laurel Chen's via Door Dash twice. The first time was a good experience.
We tried it again tonight....horrible experience. Took over an hour to get the order ready for the driver. When driver picked up the order the place was empty and the employees were playing on their phones. They carelessly slopped the food into the containers and threw them in the bag. When we got the order, they had opened and all of the food was mixed together in the bottom of the bag. Two of the three orders were wrong, although hard to tell.
Total time from order placed to being delivered was almost two hours. Unacceptable.
Driver did a great job making up time to get the food to us, not at all his fault.
We will not be buying from Laurel Chen's again. "

"Good food. The Egg Drop Soup was large for a small order, good portions. The Sweet Sour Chicken 甜酸鸡 burned holes in the Styrofoam container, maybe next time in a plastic one or something other than Styrofoam. I wish you had sweet and sour Pork. "We had pretty much given up all hope of finding Chinese food in Billings that even remotely resembled what we're used to on the East Coast. After trying spot after spot and being met with bland or just strange tasting dishes, we figured it just wasn't going to happen.
But this place completely surprised us, in the best possible way. The flavors were, for the most part, spot on with what we’re used to from Philadelphia and New York. From the texture to the seasoning, it actually tasted like home.
The fried rice could use a little something, maybe more wok flavor or seasoning, but everything else made up for it. The entrees were packed with flavor, the sauces balanced, and nothing was overly greasy or cloying.
