When we got the order, they had opened and all of the food was mixed together in the bottom of the bag. Two of the three orders were wrong, although hard to tell. Total time from order placed to being delivered was almost two hours. Unacceptable. Driver did a great job making up time to get the food to us, not at all his fault. "I used to order BW's chicken strips every week. I havent ordered them in a few months and somewhere they changed their recipe or distributer and the breading is now maybe cornflour or cornmeal? The color and flavor used to be closer to a KFC chicken strip and now they are much smaller (more of a chicken nugget strip hybrid), less flavorful and gritty. Sadly, I will not be ordering them again. "

"For $60 worth of food I am very disappointed. French Toast Sticks stated an order of 5, we only received 4 stuffed in a to go cup. Instead of the Nutty Chicken Wrap we received two Nutty Chicken Salads. The chicken was chewy and the ranch dressing ordered was missing. For the amount we paid I would expect better."
