They are not crispy, again, I like it that way. You can crisp them in the air fryer if you want. Quality of packaging was poor. nigiri/sashimi came with 1 piece, but had the same price as other sushi places that give 2-4 ( depending on nigiri or sashimi) I asked for a special roll that was easy to make and clicked the option that said "if this item can't be made contact me" they never contacted me, I'm not sure if that's a door dash issue but I was overall disappointed.
