"The ramen is just off. There's a familiar flavor of jarred garlic. The spice level on medium is just chili flakes, not chili oil like typical ramen or pho. I seek ramen with a glistening layer of oil on the top to ensure authenticity. The noodles were over cooked and fell apart upon adding the broth. Most places prepare the protein in the broth for to-go and leave the noodles and veggies separate. They separated everything and the broth. Kinda steep priced too for this kinda of will to leave a review. Everything's fresh and it's a large portion."
