"After being pent up in a hospital for aweek and a half, I decided I wanted pad thai. Then I thought about how delicius fresh cucumber salad would be after weird steamed veggies, dry mashed potatoes and mystery roast beef chunks. I was not disapointed!! The Pad Prik Khing carries a slow, smoldering heat, be warned (though the Peanut Delights is safe for even spice wimps (of which I am one such).
