"One of my go-to dishes to judge the quality of an Italian restaurant is Spaghetti Carbonara because it is a simple dish with complex flavors that is very easy to do poorly but when it is done well is divine. Keeping in mind that this is a delivery; it arrived at the right temperature so the eggs were not curdled. That was impressive. And overall, I was very happy with the Carbonara. It also came with Italian bread, spices soaked in olive oil, and grated Parmesan. The olive oil and spices were fantastic. The bread was a little dry, bit dipping it in the oil took care of that and overall, the bread/oil/spice/cheese was fantastic. Now to the flavor of the carbonara because technically it was superb. Which is even more impressive because it was delivered. I am going to be picky about some details for the chef, but for those potential customers that read this review, get the carbonara. It is very good. So, for the chef; I am going to criticize at the edges to tell you what would take this dish from a 9 to a 10 for me. Basically, the flavors are just slightly unbalanced. The guanciale is perfect in ratio to the noodles. It has a great salt balance. But, it could use more cracked black pepper and it need the Romano cheese. And my tongue may be deceiving me but it tastes like you used the whole egg instead of just the yolks to coat the noodles. For me, using just the yolks is crucial. So, take the slight criticism for what little it is worth. As for me, I would eat this carbonara every night. It is that good. "

It is packed full of pulled pork, but evenly balanced with rice and beans. I normally dislike beans with a burning passion, but they mix so well with all the other ingredients that I gobble them up. "I typically don't bother writing reviews for food that's not very good, but every item, including the Thai Iced Coffee 泰咖啡 I received from Tai San Chef was way beyond "not very good"—it was absolutely awful tasting. The Pad Thai Tofu NDL barely had any tofu in it, and the eggs, sprouts, onions, and peanuts were pretty much all but non-existent. I'm sure some people wouldn't enjoy it and want traditional pad see eiw, but I think this variation is delightful and I keep coming back for more. I only wish there was more broccoli, and the mushrooms are different from traditional pad see eiw."

"Finally got to try this place and it is worth all the hype. I got the Salted Egg Yolk with Jumbo Shrimp / 金沙大蝦 46. BBQ Pork Crepe / 叉烧肠粉 and Fish Fillet with Yellow Chive / 韭黃魚柳 each one was amazing. Only two places in the United States have been this authentic and flavorful. "I ordered two different dumplings and one beef crepe. The most disappointing element was the fact that no house dipping sauce or chili oil was provided, and no option on the order form to request it. The crepe came with 1 tiny cup of its own sauce, and there were two generic soy packets, one for each of the two dumpling sets. This type of soy is never good and I did not enjoy having to use them. As for the dumplings, they were $7.50 each. Though the dumplings were a little larger than normal, there was no information provided that you'd get only three of each kind. The Chiu Chou dumplings were quite good, but stuck together and came apart when separated. The Fried Pork dumplings were good enough, but very oily. The Beef Crepe was good. The dumplings seemed a little over priced and again, the lack of dipping sauce or hot oil was most disappointing."

Before you decide to accept this lack of authenticity, they could have easily brought from West Coast importers instant bun bo hue that would have been easily better than what we got. The Mongolian beef (which you have to pay $3 more to have beef) came with maybe seven small slices of beef. Also the Mongolian beef was not spicy at all, like zero spice! Huh? For 32$ this is highway robbery. Also they give you soy sauce in those little to go plastic cups. They spilled soy all over the bag and food containers. I will never order here again and tell all my friends to stay away! Outrage. Best part of this dinner was the white rice. Go figure. "
