The exact opposite of what toast is supposed to be. The flavor of the potatoes were strange ... not sure if it was a seasoning, or the fat it was cooked in but it has an almost metallic aftertaste. The omelette had blacked, over-Ripened, bitter avocado. The eggs of the omelette were well cooked, not over cooked. but for a "California" omelette, it felt a lot more like just a mushroom omelette with a blob of black avocado.
