If I had gotten a large instead of a medium, perhaps it would have been thinner. Despite the thickness of the dough, it was delicious. I found there to be a good amount of sauce, cheese, and toppings and the toppings were of high quality (the ham was real chunks of smoked ham, not just sliced or watery deli meat that a lot of places use). The house salad was large and had fresh toppings (cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, red onion, and black olives over chopped romaine), making for a great side with the pizza. I look forward to trying some of the other items from this restaurant now that I know I like their pizza and salad. "

"Bagel (I got Black Russian - I didn't know what that was when I ordered it, but it ended up being a pumpernickel with sesame seeds) was decent. Crisp glossy exterior and dense but pillowy dough . I asked for extra cream cheese and they definitely gave me that; I was thankful, it was almost too much, but that's not a complaint. I do have a complaint though: the portion of lox was sad. I couldn't believe how skimpy it was. It was so small, I estimate that I only received 25% of an actual portion of lox, which was a bummer given what I paid for it. Food costs too much these days to be skimpy. "

" Highly recommend the pumpernickel if you like that kind of bagel. The outside was shiny and crispy and the inside was pillowy soft. I got a lox bagel with extra veggie cream cheese and sliced onions. The portion of lox was decent (not too generous but not what I would consider skimpy) and the onions were super thin sliced like I like. And when you order “extra” cream cheese, you really do get it (which is my favorite). I also ordered 3 mini bagels to supplement my breakfasts during the week and I think I was sent full size bagels instead (not a complaint), so I look forward to trying the cinnamon raisin and everything bagels this week. I’m a Monmouth county local and until today I hadn’t tried this place before, but my local bagel shop has totally fallen off and is unreliable these days, and this is a great replacement. I may become a regular. "
