They were out of ribs on our 3 Meat Plate which was no big deal, all their meats are delicious.. they contacted me twice (didn't answer) to try and give me preference of a third meat and since I didn't answer they gave me extra meats and even a gift card! So above and beyond. Forever R&R BBQ customer. Also orders are always accurate, packaged well, come warm and food is delicious. "
