The flowers arrived looking withered, dull, and far from fresh. Some petals were already brown and curling, making the bouquet look old and neglected. It was embarrassing to give this as a birthday gift. When you pay for flowers, you expect them to be fresh and beautiful, not something that looks like it’s been sitting around for days. Very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend ordering from here if you want quality or reliability for an important occasion."
