My fiance had the brisket dip, which he really likes, but his fries were pretty much raw as you can see in the picture. There is no brown on them at all. I also ordered the $2 extra to be smothered in queso and did NOT receive the queso. So I wouldn't expect "customizable" food but the overall value and taste is unmatched."

"I had no idea this was going to be so more than a bowl of Birria Soup and piece of Chocolate Cake . Soup was flavorful and fresh, and came with its own clamshell of cilantro. onion, hot pepper oil, and limes... not to mention the chips and salsa! The cake had a nice thick layer of ganache, and I ate at least 3 bites using my bare hands before I realized I had a fork. A very delicious, reasonably priced hug of a meal on a chilly rainy night. Just wonderful!"
