It would have been a great cookie for actual milk and cookies but for ice cream I was expecting a slightly gooey cookie, not necessarily cookie dough but when I think of ice cream and cookies it just soft and gooey. This was a really hard grandmas cookie that would great for dipping in milk so you can hold it there for a few minutes.
I wanted to try the mint brownie but I wasn't able to this time and I am unsure if I will get that again as once again I think of a slightly gooey brownie when it's mixed with my ice cream. "
