I have to stand there and wait inside the store every single time. And I've been here multiple times. I even come here later than usual, and they still pretend that they never saw the order. Same excuse every time. Other than that though, their food is good and less oily than other halal food places. But the service is not worth my time. This is literally the only store that does this in this neighborhood, not having anything ready after 30 minutes of ordering. Why set your store to allow orders at a certain time when you can't even get the order ready at that time"

"Takeout order - ordered American * American Dream , Lobster Bisque , Boneless Short Rib , Mushroom Risotto , Spicy Crunchy Tuna Roll, Rock Shrimp Tempura, * Takayama , and Japanese Fried Rice / Udon/yaki Soba (with shrimp). Overally, very disappointing. The best thing was the Mushroom Risotto side - great depth of flavor, using forbidden rice was a very nice touch for that. Spicy Crunchy Tuna roll was just a spicy tuna roll - no crunch. Lobster Bisque was OK. Takayama roll was not good - was not crunchy and no jalapeño. American Dream roll also not as described. The fried rice was an absolute let down - dry, no flavor, and the tiny shrimp you get in cheap Chinese fried rice. Short rib was the biggest disappointment. Very nice piece, but lacking any flavor and needed more cook time - still tough and not a good mouth feel when chewing through. This place is new - but they do have another older location in commack - the food shouldn't be this poor. And those signature rolls? not going to cut it with what Moca is delivering in that regard just across the street. "

"Best Indian I have had in the area by far! "

"Unfortunately we didn't enjoy this meal. My wife's Palak Paneer she said was extremely salty (she orders it often at various places) and she couldn't finish it. The Bombay Chicken Pulao looked almosty like a pot pie in the pictures but came essentially as chicken and rice. If there was any bread product in it, I couldn'ty find anything. It was ok, but wasn't as expected based on the photo and description. Was well packaged, hot, and fresh so no qualms there, and it wasn't expensive, but I don't think we'd do this again."

"This is the most delicious pizza ! Phil's nails it! Their sauce and it flavor, the crust taste and texture, etc. After giving their pizza the whole Dave Portnoy analysis, I think it's a 10/10! I dont say that lightly :) Just wonderful. Their regular food is really great too."

"Wow, I left myself wide open to be taken advantage of and this restaurant certainly did so. I ordered the pasta with oil and herbs at around $30+ but made the mistake of asking for some bread and a small side salad and without my permission the total was increased to $57. It was not good. Everything had way too much garlic and the pasta was way overcooked and tough. The $18 'small side salad' was okay but no onions. The garlic bread was awful. Of course I would not recommend this restaurant. Maybe just for simple pizza but certainly not for pasta. Sorry, Chef Bruno."

"We got bowls and WOW. They were DELICIOUS. So filling, so many fresh and delicious add ins. Truly some of the best delivery we've ever had, ever. The shawarma chicken was so good. My mom loved the beets. The hummus was so flavorful. If the bowl ingredients look good to you, don't hesitate just try it. It's so good. "

"My plate was missing a bunch of items such as the babaganoush, tzatziki, and s'rug sauce which I ordered and was written on the receipt. They instead gave me a huge serving of hummus. Flavors of the chicken, hummus, couscous, and salads were bland. I could only taste cinnamon. I'm unsure if the sauces would have helped. It tastes like gentrified middle eastern food. Baklava was also a miss, very hard and dry. Delivery was great and on time."
