"I've ate here in person and ordered to go many times I've always received lovely customer service but unfortunately the food lacks consistency and quality. Many things lack seasoning and are pre breaded/from frozen. The best thing on the menu is the Crawfish Monica (Better than Jazz Fest). Its quality is more consistent but the last time ordered it the pasta was over cooked and falling apart - which was a bummer. I also have enjoyed the gumbo and popcorn shrimp but the portions are on the smaller side. Is the food awful absolutely not but if you're a lover of fresh seafood and New Orleans Jazzfest is it going to knock your socks off? Unfortunately no."

"This place is a hidden golden potato. I wasn't expecting much from a place that only sells potatoes but I stand corrected. First off, when they say large they mean large. I'm a big boi and can pack some food away but just one potato is going to last me a couple days. The jumbo gumbo is in the fridge but if it's just as good as the ranchers club then it will be great. The only thing I would change is the meat on the club. It's simple lunch meat and still in the lunch meat shape. It's not bad but it's not great. Chopping it up instead of leaving rectangle slabs of lunch meat would go a long way in presentation and ease of eating. Just food for thought."
