"This potbelly location used to be my favorite location- but recently it's a hit or a miss depending on who is working that day. Previously my sandwich was ice cold in the middle but the flatbread was hot. Today I ordered the same thing again (this my usual order ) a flatbread prime rib steak , the flatbread was burnt, hard to bit into, not enough meat compared to the standard amount and the steak had alot of fatty pieces and had to keep spitting it out while eating, which I never experienced this before.
