"I noticed there aren't a lot of reviews on here from people who ordered the vegetarian entrees, so I figured I'd add my two cents. I wanted leftovers, so I ordered the bean curd with Chinese mushrooms and the General Tso's tofu. I wasn't totally sure what the difference would be between the bean curd and the tofu. They're pretty similar, except the tofu is a bit firmer and cut into triangles whereas the bean curd is in strips. Both are fried, so you won't be getting any bland or squishy tofu in your order! All things considered, the food was quite good. It can be hard to find takeout where the vegetarian options feel legit and not like an afterthought to the "real" menu. These dishes are flavorful and hearty. The bean curd with Chinese mushrooms has a more savory flavor, but the General Tso's tofu is very sweet. Maybe a bit sweeter than my personal preference but still good. Everything was well packaged (no mess) and came very hot. The sauces don't overpower the dish, and there's a good protein to vegetable ratio.
