"Living in Glendale, I am familiar with Mediterranean food and all that it has to offer. I rarely give reviews but felt compelled to write this one because of how impeccably good this food is. I got the grilled salmon platter. Ordinarily, I have gotten a platter just like this from other places with serving sizes that were moderate to decent. The serving size is incredibly generous. The rice, salmon, and tabouleh were all well flavored and paired nicely with one another. Everything was tasty but I really want to place emphasis on the rice for sec; it is absolutely DELICIOUS. Some places treat rice as a blank canvas, but this rice could be a star all on its own! If you haven't given this place a try, do yourself a favor; you get more than a bang for your buck. They put peas in the eggplant, the okra is drowned by tomato, and the food was all vaguely sweet (even the eggplant, which I ordered medium, and it came with a respectable spice level). The masala chai is the world's biggest ripoff( $7 for 6 ounces?), and the mango lassi was fine. Not great. Ditto the chutneys. The raita was tasty.
