"I used to work at the 4th St store in Santa Monica and this is not the standard I was taught when making an olo. The line on the paper bowl is meant to be where you fill the greens towards not all the toppings. Also I remember we had paper lids just like the bowl but now it's a plastic lid that caves in so you can limit how much you actually put into the salad. Kinda sucks when you pay 16 dollars for a salad and it's not filled to how much it could be."

Boy was I disappointed, what was supposed to steak was mainly pieces of fat! There was hardly any chicken to be found and the overall portion was significantly less. This is not a cheap item.
