Management is good here. They know how to draw the line, streamline everything, make sure everything is packaged properly the first time around.
You can tell by the way the staff works, the manager knows what he's doing. Maybe the owner. Someone at upper level management here knows what they're doing.
They get the packaging right every time. And my order is no joke ahaha. It's pretty difficult. And they work with me every time.
Most places I go to, I have to ask for a stopper, sleeve, drink carrier, bag.
Here, when the manager is there, he just does it without me having to ask.

French toast was burnt to black and they hid this by putting the burnt sides against one another. Tasted like burnt to the point it was inedible.
