"This was my first time trying India's Clay Pit, and it was excellent! We had the Sag Aloo and Paneer Tikka Masala with Garlic Naan and Vegetable Samosas. Everything was delicately spiced, not too oily or salty, just really well done. Samosas come in an order of two, again very nicely spiced and perfectly crispy but not oily. Rice came with the order. My dad had an Indian restaurant growing up, so I do consider myself something of a connoisseur... and this was such a satisfying meal. I can't wait to come back."
"The Saag Aloo tasted on the sweeter side ( like too much cinnamon or something you can taste it it's a bit overpowering) but still good. I'd give it a 6.5-7 rather get the vegetable curry again. Soda was FLAT! The portion size of the aloo partha is HUGE. Saag aloo was really oily too could have been packaged better to stop the oil from leaking in the bag( wrap it with saran wrap). Portion was decent for the price though it's enough to feed 2 once or 1 person twice."

Samosas were really good but very oily, they were dripping in the bag and then left a pool on the plate once I bit into them . The Butter Naan and garlic naan were great no complaints with that. I'm used to Indian curries being rich, creamy and well seasoned. This unfortunately did not hit any of points for me the food was underseasoned and watered down ."

The apple raw juice is great. theres no like fruit pulp or anything it drinks just like pure juice. Better than getting those little juice boxes at mcdonalds and jack in the box definitely. Those are joke. small and flavorless. Is this raw apple juice better than martinelli's? I think Martinellis is slightly sweeter. This raw juice might have some water added because it would be too much fruit to equal 32 oz.
I Wish the large was like $9 or something but oh well. Fruit juice seems to be expensive everywhere.

"I've been going to Flavor Of India for decades, since it was a reliable spot to hit up before a show at the Troubadour. While I miss the lovely patio at that location, I have to say that since they settled in at the Sunset location the quality of the food is now unbeatable.
