"The Medium Bowl Size was a very decent size. Previous reviews are not exaggerating when they say the scoops of protein are small. It was about a tsp of each protein. Much less than other poke places. The amount of avocado is decent though i think it is an entire half avocado vs only 3 or 4 slices at other places. I appreciate the free scoops of seaweed salad and crab salad, some other places charge. Being able to choose many customization options is really great. Only bummer is protein scoops. "

I ordered the cashew nut with a spicy level of 1 and it had red chilli all over it making it inedible for me. Usually this is my favourite dish. The green curry was also too spicy with level 5 (also a usual favourite for us in the restaurant) became inedible for my partner. The fried spring rolls have changed from the large homemade size to small cheap freezer type rolls that you get at the Asian supermarket (also pictured falsely in the menu). This was not cool. Overall small portions when comparing to other Asian restaurant sizes and way smaller than what you would get if you ate at Blue mango. For almost $100 takeout this was terrible. "
